$3 to $10 million in EBITDA
Proven business model with steady cash flow

Strong leadership team or open to new leadership
Interest in founder-led companies

Prefer market leaders or niche advantages that outperform larger and smaller companies

Transaction Characteristics

Outright sale, management buyout, recapitalization, or growth financing
Interest in founders who retain equity

$3 to $20 million in common or preferred equity
Control or minority interest
